Auto Body and Paint Repair Shop

My brother Ray, referred me to Yasmein body and paint. I called Hamed the owner and I explained my situation, Hamed said " no problem I will take care of you vehicle and I will take care of you." I explained how a 100 lb hog ran in front of the vehicle. He said " no problem". Hamed took my vehicle and repaired it in the days that he promised me. Wow, what an easy experience it was to get the vehicle repaired. I am not only a happy customer,but a satisfied one. I never saw the vehicle when it was brand new, but it sure did look pretty spankin new, when Hamed and his professional staff finished it. When I had an accident, I wasn't exactly sure how to proceed after visiting my Insurance Company for the damage estimate other than getting three separate auto body shop estimates. My first stop was the Yasmein Auto Body Shop and after meeting with the owner himself, who came out to greet me personally, I decided I needn't go any further. Yasmein was professional, personable, and honest. I told him what the estimate was from my insurance company. He indicated that he would do his upmost to come within, if not under it. He was so accommodating of my schedule and worked to have my vehicle ready when I needed it. What was also of tremendous relief to me, is that he handled everything from that first meeting on; contacting and working with my insurance company, completeing any forms that they needed. I did not have to do a thing, but happily drive my repaired vehicle away. Yasmein actually completed the work for under the insurance company's estimate, so I actually walked away with money in my pocket instead of having to pay any additional amount! The work was impeccable, my vehicle looked brand new, the paint matched perfectly, you could not tell it had been painted where the damage was, you could not even tell it had been in an accident. He assured me if I found anything that I was not satisfied with, he would take care of it to my satisfaction, which I did not have to take him up on. He takes pride in his work, which is difficult to find these days. I have since taken my vehicle back twice due to "fender benders" and he has treated me and my vehicle as he did the first time, and each time he accomplished the repairs under my insurance company's written estimate! As a single woman, I take great comfort in taking my vehicle back to him if ever needed. In the past, I have been made to feel inadequate and have been taken advantage of because of my status. With Yasmein, I consider him a friend, as he has treated me like one. I recommend him to everyone. If you make this your first stop, I can assure you, you will not want or have to look further and you will leave there completely satisfied! 

Hamed and his staff recently repaired and repainted the hood of my 2003 Sierra. The existing paint on my hood had completely failed, it also had numerous rock chips and some light rust. The folks at Yasmein sanded down the hood, repaired the chips, and did an excellent paint job. It looks at least as good as the factory original. Furthermore, the price I was originally quoted was in fact the final price. No surprises, no changes, just old-fashioned honesty and integrity. The price I paid was competitive and includes a lifetime warranty. Great service and a fair price. I have taken my vehicle there several times. 

I was rearended last July and waited a month for the other party's insurance to take care of my claim. I brought my car to Hamed for estimate. I found him honest and easy to talk to so when I finally got my claim, I brought my car in. He took care of my rental car while I was waiting in his office. Total wait time was like an hour or two for the drop off and arranging and going to the rental car office.It took more than 2 days for my car to be fixed and as promised, was ready when my husband picked it up in time for my work.Cost was definitely reasonable especially if you would compare it with bigger companies and job wass very well done. I purchased my vehicle from Yasmein Auto Body 6 years ago. It has been the smartest decision regarding vehicles I have ever made. Although they specialize in body repair, I've found that they can also handle other repair jobs. The few minor issues and routine maintenance items I have needed since the original purchase were handled promptly, and priced honestly at Yasmein Auto Body. Hamed and the entire staff have always treated me very well. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. I'd recommend Yasmein Auto Body to anybody. 

I had an accident a while back, my car sustained a great deal of damage mainly in the front. I contacted Yasmein body shop at the scene of the accident and they handled the whole issue from paying the towing people to handling the insurance company and then dropping off the car when it was fixed. Having an accident is the worst thing it can happend to anyone but having people like Yasmein body shop staff make it easier with their great costumer service and excellent work. It is worth mentioning that the owner of the business is a very nice man who went out of his way to help me find a cheaper rental while my car is being fixed. I feel like I gained a new friend in him and if God forbid I get into an accident again, I know where my car will receive the best care and where my business is valued. Overall, the people of yasmein's are friendly, dependable and trust-worthy...I would've given the business 10 stars if I was not limited .

Took the car in to have some work done. They did an awesome job!! The owner also noticed that the lenses on the headlights were a little fogged up and dirty so he had his guys remove and buff out lenses to make like new at no extra charge. Hamed has worked on 3 vehicles for me over the course of the past few years, 2 within the last few months. I keep coming back because he's honest, makes sure the job is done right, delivers when promised, and is reasonable on his prices. I bought a 97 Land Cruiser with a bent up and scuffed rear bumper. Hamed repaired it beautifully to like new condition. He also identified problems with older repairs on the vehicle and advised me on how they should be fixed properly. I'll be bringing this vehicle back to him to have the old repairs redone and a complete paint job in a few years. He also fixed my 2005 Tundra where I had scuffed the front bumper on a parking light pole. It came out perfect. It's very tough to find businesses that actually care about their customers when most are corporate owned. When I find a hands on owner like Hamed who does quality work, he earns my loyalty. I took my corvette, yes Corvette Z06, here because I heard about all the great reviews. Well I can tell you that from the very start everything was so perfect I could not believe it. I kept thinking like a negative customer that it's too good to be true. What I got in the end was totally great service. Hamed helped me well beyond my expectations. Amazing experience!!!! I have taken my car to many body work shops and none could give me 100% gaurantee for the dents on my car. I happened to find Yaseen body works and Hamed gave me a very reasonable estimate and promised that it would look as if it never happened. I was perplexed to see the car in excellent condition and waxed as if just out of the showroom. I can never imagine to take my vechile or recommend anyone except this body work shop. Thanks Hamed.. I recently bought a certified pre-owned 2013 ford fiesta. within two days it had been backed into causing some damage. I took it to yasmein's as I had been a previous satisfied customer. Hamed assessed it immediately and let me know what would be done to repair it. he did a fantastic job and had it repaired and painted within a couple of days. his price was fair and he offered to help me sell my old car as well. I would highly recommend yasmein's to everyone.

I have taken my 2001 Suburban to Yasmein B&P twice in the last 2 months. After fixing some damage to the rear quarter panel, I was hit in the same spot again 2 weeks later. A red flag for the first repair would have been cracked bondo after I was hit the second time. There was none because there was no bondo to crack! I took my GMC Envoy to Hamed after taking it to the dealership several times. The dealership misdiagnosed it and said the problem were the motor mounts. I took it to Bring Your Own Parts to have the motor mounts replaced. They told me there were three motor mounts so I ended up replacing them. The problem of the loud loose noise continued. I took it to a 911 Collision recommended by BYOPs and they couldn t figure out the problem either. The loud noise continued so I took it to Yasmein Auto Body. Hamed, test drove my vehicle and said there were loose parts which required screws in one of the head lights and bumper and other locations which were causing the loud noise on the motor. Hamed took the time to take care of the problem. He demonstrated his caring attitude and concern. It s been a week and I haven t heard the loose noise anymore and my car now has a smooth drive. I value his caring attitude and concern but above all, he took care of the problem, and didn t charge me anything. God Bless Hamed.
