It’s my first time getting in an accident. What should I do?
If your vehicle is not drivable, it can be towed directly to our shop.
For after-hours drop-offs, a key drop box is available on the left side of the building.
When you come in, we will go over and help guide you through the repair process and answer any questions along the way.
What if my insurance or towing company tells me where to take my vehicle?
You have the right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. While your insurance company or towing company may recommend certain shops on their list, the final decision is always yours. We work with all major insurance companies and are happy to help throughout the repair process.
What should I bring when dropping off my car?
If insurance is involved, please bring your claim information and any paperwork you have received. From there, we will help guide you through the next steps.
Will the final price be the same as the estimate?
We do our best to provide accurate estimates upfront. If additional hidden damage is discovered during repairs, we will always contact you first, explain what was found, and review any additional costs before moving forward.
Why can’t you give estimates over the phone or by email photos?
Every vehicle is different, and photos do not always capture the full extent of the damage or paint condition. Seeing the vehicle in person allows us to give you the most accurate estimate and ensure the best possible repair.
